REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL :

GOALIE DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

The Lewisville Minor Hockey Association (LMHA) invites all interested vendors to

submit a statement of qualifications and fixed price structure for the services of

Goalie Development Coordinator to the Lewisville Minor Hockey Association (LMHA)

for the 2021/22 hockey season.

It is LMHA’s mandate to follow the Hockey Canada model for mentoring and

instructing young goaltenders.

Proposals are to be submitted by Wednesday Sept 22nd at 5pm by email to

admin@lewisvillelightning.ca
